Privacy Policy

Fliptrick is an iPhone app made by LatentEdge. This policy can stay short: the app runs entirely on your device, and we do not operate any server for it.

What we collect

Nothing. Fliptrick has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no server. We do not receive any information about you or about how you use the app.

Motion sensors

Motion mode reads the gyroscope and the accelerometer of your iPhone while that mode is on screen. The app uses the readings live, on your device, to measure a rotation and to name the trick. The readings are not saved and are not sent anywhere. When you leave motion mode, or when the app goes to the background, the app stops reading the sensors.

Data stored on your device

The app saves a few settings on your iPhone so that they are still there at the next launch:

• your stance (regular or goofy) and your control setting
• your style: the deck graphic, the deck text, and the colors
• whether you have seen the motion mode introduction

These settings stay on your device. If you delete the app, iOS deletes them. If you back up your iPhone, Apple handles that backup under its own privacy policy.

Apple services

You download Fliptrick from the App Store, and Apple handles that download under its own privacy policy. Fliptrick has no purchases and does not use iCloud.

This website

This website sets no cookies, and it has no analytics, no third-party scripts, and no forms. Cloudflare hosts the pages, and, like any web host, it processes standard request data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the service.

Children

Fliptrick is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Because the app collects nothing from anyone, there is no information for us to remove. If you have a concern, contact us.

Changes

If a later version of the app starts to collect any data, we will update this policy before that version ships, and we will change the date at the top of this page.
